Houtskärs kapellförsamling (congregation)
Houtskärs kapellförsamling is a Swedish speaking congregation in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland. We are here worshiping, performing ceremonies and having other congregational gatherings all year round. Normally we gather in church on Sundays to worship at 11 am, sometimes with communion. The second Sunday is without service.
Opening Hours
The church is open for visitors every day from 9 am to 9 pm in the summer (May 1st – September 30th) and from 9 am to 6 pm in the winter (October 1st – April 30th) and you are welcome to visit. Take your time and sit down for a while. You might feel the presence of the divine. There are prayer stones in the church. You are welcome to use them.
